In addition, shoppers are more likely to see products that can be shipped to their location, based on the seller’s shipping settings. This helps ensure customers discover trusted products that are actually available to them.
How do I get paid?
When a product is purchased on the DogPack Marketplace, we process the payment on your behalf. After the order is completed, our commission is deducted and your earnings are added to your payout schedule. You’ll be able to see upcoming payouts, along with exact deposit dates, directly in your dashboard. All payments are handled through Stripe, which you’ll connect to during setup.
How does DogPacks' commission structure work?
DogPack takes a small 7% commission on each sale made through the marketplace. That’s it — no hidden fees or complicated pricing tiers. In return, we handle the marketing, drive dog owners to your products, and give your business access to our fast-growing global community. You focus on selling; we’ll handle the traffic.
Who handles customer service and returns?
As a seller, you’ll handle all customer service and return inquiries directly. Buyers can message or email you to resolve any issues. DogPack partners only with reputable sellers who are committed to providing great customer experiences. In rare cases where a resolution can’t be reached between buyer and seller, DogPack may step in to help mediate and ensure a fair outcome for both parties.

You’ll have access to a custom seller dashboard where you can monitor all your key metrics in real time. See which products are performing best, spot opportunities to improve underperforming listings, and view your complete payout schedule with exact payment dates.
